Are We Eating Ourselves to Death?

The answer to this is all round us, look into the eyes of your grandmother, are they discolored? Or, your parents, are they well? And how about you do have mucus, are you tired throughout the day, do you have anger spurts? Are your relationships healthy, are you successful at work? Did you know our attitudes and emotions are directly connected and are a complete result of our diet?

Maybe we cant yet see signs of major sickness, but, our condition is clear. We are eating ourselves into an unconscious grave and are addicted to foods.

Everyone knows someone who died or is dieing of what we call disease. There is only one dis ease, its mucus. As long as we are eating hybrid foods, which are, foods that are man- made and have never lived, we are lowering or frequency and vibration. We are sources of light and energy, it's time we return to mother nature and living foods. Dis ease can not exist if we have a high frequency or alkaline body.

Sugar, high fructose corn syrup, sodium benzoite, anything with yeast or starch... These all go into our body and put strain on our amune system. A lot of the things we read on labels are actually effecting our genes and some even go into our DNA make up. Sound crazy? Just try to stop eating sugar for three days. You will most sertainly have symtoms of withdrawl, and, may even wake-up shaking in your sleep.

We are not in jail, therefore, we can still choose to eat foods at our frequency and foods of intelegence. As electrical vibrations and true forces of nature, this information should not seem far fetched. Human beings have common sence as a gift, lets not take it for granite. Think. Ask. Investigate. Communicate. Don't Be a Part of a Plan. . . Plan for Yourself.


Some Food To Consider adding to Your Diet:

Quinoa- instead of Starchy Rice
Arugula Greens- to consume sunlight.
Chic Peas/ Lentils- These are some starchless beans. Almost all beans are starches.
Raw Olive Oil- Helps clean colon, and lubricate joints. One spoon a day.
Avocado- great food, full of water, sunlight, and oil
Waters with high frequency: Fiji, DeerPark, Essencia

Your goal should be to simplify your diet.
